Installation Instructions

Once downloaded, you may need to trust GIA as a developer on your device.

For iOS

Go to Settings > General > Device Management > Gemological Institute of America, Inc. and then select Trust "Gemological Institute of America, Inc."

For Android

Go to Settings > Security and select Unknown Sources. Select OK at the prompt and then the 4Cs app install screen will come up.

If you are not on your tablet, you can access this download page from your confirmation email. Please access this link on your iPad to download the app directly to your device (App installation requires an iPad with iOS 4.3 or greater, or Android OS of 3.2 or greater).
